I will never go to Shnitz again.

Went to order replacement meals for order weeks ago that consisted of wrong items. Ordered Aussie with no relish aioli instead and mushrooms. Received uncooked... read more Went to order replacement meals for order weeks ago that consisted of wrong items. Ordered Aussie with no relish aioli instead and mushrooms. Received uncooked bun, no bacon, no mushrooms, onions I didn’t want. Bun fell apart, chicken half reg size, overcooked dry and...stringy. Ordered Hawaiian burger, bun not cooked, thin piece of chicken, dry stringy, bacon that looked steamed but not cooked, had to cook when I got home and soggy oily chips I put in airfryer. Won’t buy there again. Absolutely unenjoyable meal. Staff member started work half hour after I arrived. Answered phone, touched money in till, checked on chips, did not wash hands or sanitise. Not sure if the others do. It’s seriously overpriced for what you get.

I couldn't eat it: cold Stale rolls, salad not fresh. I asked for a refund. The so-called manager was very rude and argumentative. She refused to reimburse me and then completely ignored me. I never go back to Shnitz.
