Worst Burger ever! I couldn't eat it: cold Stale rolls, salad not fresh. I asked for a refund. The so-called manager was very rude and argumentative. She refused to reimburse me and then completely ignored me. I never go back to Shnitz.

The biggest thing is that they always give me a chicken carving when I ask for a beef. The fries are okay, and they also have beer, but the assumption that I want a chicken carving is just annoying.

Replacement meals for order 5 weeks ago, consisting of incorrect items. Aussie without Relish aioli instead and ordered mushrooms. Get uncooked bungalow, no bacon, no mushrooms, onions I didn't want. Bun fell apart, chicken half rain size, overcooked dry and... stringy. Ordered Hawaiian burgers, bungalow not boiled, thin pieces chicken, dry stringy, bacon that looked damped but not boiled, had to cook when I got home and soggy oily chips I in airfryer. I'm not buying it again. Absolutely non-binding meal. The staff started half an hour after my arrival. Answered phone, touched money up, checked on chips, not washed hands or sanitise. Not sure if the others. It's seriously overpriced for what you get.

The Schnitzels here are always good. Pan fried to perfection and very tasty. I grew up on this style in the 70's and 80's but sadly the Pot and Parma brigade has taken over elsewhere and all you get is an anonyomous slab of something...smothered in cheese and sauce. None of that here , just a good old fashioned schnitzel on a plate, on a roll or a wrap with a wide variety of extras and condiments if desired. Long live the Schnitzel and Schnitz.
