We went through epinal in juni and called l’evidence for lunch on recommendation. the location of the restaurant is great, close to the river and the old center, and with several storage parkings close to the river. its overall style is traditional, but with a...sense of rhymes, supported by timely and efficient service. the menu was excellent, three courses that were recommended for a generous caesar salat of local ingredients at a very reasonable price.
