I stopped i... read more I just moved into an apartment in downtown Ephrata, and I was thrilled to discover that there was a locally owned cafe/bakery close to my new place. I stopped in for the first time today, and the coffee and breakfast were incredible. There is a very spacious seating area, and it's all very clean and welcoming. The service was great as well! I'll definitely be frequenting Scratch and recommending it to friends in the area.
