Scratch is a spacious, somewhat hidden gem on Main St. in Ephrata. When you walk in, you're always welcomed by friendly staff in a modern yet cozy, shaded atmosphere. I've only tried their soups, sandwiches, and cupcakes because I'm so satisfied with this perfect trio. I highly recommend the Spicy on Main Sandwich paired with a soup from their pick 2 combo. I've used Scratch a few times for cupcakes for birthday parties/treats as well as for lunch or a quick pop in for a midday snack. I really enjoy their selection of cupcakes and other sweet treats. Their sandwiches are also yummy and a nice selection.

Good food and coffee. However I was a bit surprised at the tiny cup of soup I got after ordering a large Broc Cheddar for $6.50. My coffee is bigger. The small must be a tiny teacup?Food: 3/5

Wife and I got the spicy on main and the bite? They're both really good. We went back the next day and got the golden pig and the apple turkey sandwich also amazing!
