The food isn’t high-end sushi but neither is the price point. This was good fish quality for the price and convenience. I would go back. As for the rice quantity that others mentioned, I actually thought the fish portion was pretty substantial. It was delicious and what I wanted from late night food options.
We wanted something else then beef so we ended up at Miam Sushi for takeaway. On Sunday this is the only Sushi place that's open in Épernay. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it sure made an impression with the food. We out an order in at 7.45pm and we're told to come back in 30 minutes. This is because everything is made fresh and to order! None of this pre-prepared stuff. Nope, freshly cooked rice, made into Sushi. Fresh fish for washing, all made on premise. We had a Salmon sashimi and a mixed Sushi plate and it was delicious. Even my wife, who's normally a fan of Tuna rather than Salmon devoured the food. Plenty of condiments, wasabi, soy sauce and ginger. I think we'll be back again on Tuesday when they open again!
