I must commend the servers for their dedication; they remained professional, attentive, and never showed their discomfort!!! A huge congratulations also to the cooks who worked in these conditions while still delivering excellent cuisine

There wasn't a single good dis... read more The place is huge and not very pretty, but it's the only one open on Sundays in Epernay. The staff were very friendly throughout. There wasn't a single good dish; they were all just okay. The sole was bland and tasted like hospital food, the salmon tataki was overcooked and had no flavor, the duck breast was incredibly tough and remained whole on the plate, the foie gras was more like mousse, and the cheeses were low quality. I wouldn't go back. But if you don't have another option, it's acceptable.
