I have no idea who called this a sandwich. Fortunately, getting the 5-6 euros back for the dinosaur fossil was done on our own initiative. Edit: Emailed May 31 to the contact email address as requested in the comment, but have not heard anything to date (July 19). This causes the service stars to go down.
