I placed an online order for delivery, and after receiving confirmation and being charged, I got a text saying my delivery had been cancelled. There was no explanation, no food, and no refund. This location doesn’t answer their phone, and I haven’t had much success with corporate either. After posting my initial review, the owner asked me to contact them through their website, which I did—prior to leaving the review. There has been no urgency to resolve my issue, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
The staff are always so friendly. They make a great burger when you don't feel like cooking!
The service was quite disappointing, and the food didn't live up to the hype; it felt overpriced for what it was. On a positive note, the lobby was reasonably clean during my visit. I would recommend trying Wally's in Buckley instead.
The food was good the service was really good everyone was nice and I didn't wait long for my order and the atmosphere here was very pleasant
I love this jack in the box. It's open 247. It's never closed once the new manger took over. Everyone's nice and food is hot. Shout out to the new store manger great job!
