My online order was ready as soon as I arrived. The food was fantastic, just like always. I consistently have a great experience, no matter which location I visit!

What Caitlyn Lee dislikes about Panda Express:
Every time I order ahead on the app, I still end up waiting for 30+ minutes at the store. The staff always have attitudes and act like customers or inconvenient. There needs to be some adjustments obviously poor management. View all feedback.
Would have 4 stars, but I ordered the bigger plate and did not receive 1 of my side items despite paying for it. It was a drive thru order so didn't realize I didn't have it til after leaving the resturant. Probably will go back, but will check my order b4 leaving the drive thru window or counter.
I can’t find any good Chinese food around. I usually order thru Uber eats. After several times ordering online, it’s always comes out perfect as ordered.
Waited forever to get something they were out of only to get home and find the lo mein was mostly cabbage. Very disappointing!!
Portions are ridiculously small. Yes I realize it’s a franchise , but some quality control would be nice . I went through the drive thru, and felt like I got a kids portion instead. Not looking for an overflowing amount of food nor am I looking to be hungry after I eat. For less money I could have ordered Chinese food locally and gotten more?
Place is always short handed at the counter.
