I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I was very disappointed.

Mistakes are rare, and if there is an issue, it's usually minor and caught before I receive my order. The staff here is incredible; it's the best team I've ever... read more Mistakes are rare, and if there is an issue, it's usually minor and caught before I receive my order. The staff here is incredible; it's the best team I've ever encountered in a restaurant or food setting. They are always polite, even when short-staffed. I visit at various times throughout the day, and every team member greets me when I arrive and bids me farewell as I leave. I truly applaud the changes they've made, and I hope the staff continues their great work. I also hope the company recognizes the hard work of the team at this location. Thank you for providing such a positive start to my day!

They now offer a range of non-donut options, which is not why I... read more I have visited this place multiple times only to find that they were out of various menu items. They now offer a range of non-donut options, which is not why I go to Dunkin' in the first place. If they run out of donuts, it really defeats the purpose. Krispy Kreme, please consider opening a location in Enterprise!
