I visited the drive-thru today and ordered an 8-piece spicy chicken meal that came with green beans, spicy potatoes, and four biscuits. I also picked up two sweet potato pies and a half-gallon of sweet tea. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional with my order. The young woman at the window took the time to verify that everything was included in the bags. Hats off to the staff and management! I will definitely return!
The pork chop biscuit I ordered was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. However, the biscuit itself was fantastic. I've had this combination before, but it has never been this spicy. Perhaps I received the wrong pork chop.
I'm in my late 30s and had never tried Bojangles before—what a surprise! We were in Alabama for a Scottish event where we were promoting our Bell's Apple-Butter BBQ sauce, and we needed breakfast. First of all, the service was excellent, and I absolutely loved their breakfast sandwiches—they were so delicious! I really wish we had Bojangles in Florida!
Between 7pm and 8pm, my family and friends attempted to place an order at Bojangles for the first time. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience and will not be returning. We intended to order the 12-piece homestyle tenders meal priced at $15.39, the online price listed for 2022. However, the male employee informed us that the store did not offer that price and that our total would exceed $32. When we communicated through the order box that we did not want to proceed, his response was a rude and dismissive, "I'm sorry about that." His attitude showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect for customer service. Due to this poor experience, my family will not dine here again, and I plan to leave a negative review on Google. I have also reached out to corporate via email to report the incident.
