What Kim doesn't like about Café Zupas:
Made an office order with office name. Cashier girl gave us a nasty attitude about putting the business name and not our name. Food is ok but their service is not good. Not only that she had us standing there for a while before helping us View all feedback.
We received excellent service from all team members, especially the manager, Brandon. We had a small issue with our meal, and Brandon went over and above to rectify the issue and made sure we were satisfied. Honestly, what he did wasn’t necessary, but he has a customer for life. I would recommend this eatery to anyone
Ordered 20 sandwiches and 20 salads today for a group in Vegas. Food was excellent. Delivery was good, Everyone liked it. Healthy and tasty was the feedback.

Brandon was an exceptional employee. Super attentive and polite. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Best Zupas experience I have had in a while! My friend was talking about how she liked cucumber water and he cut her up fresh cucumbers! Probably one of the best customer service experiences i've had ever! Will definitely be back!
Cafe Zupas is my favorite lunch, and sometimes dinners places. I eat there at least 3x weekly. The location on Eastern is amazing. The staff, atmosphere, and the food is amazing and fresh. The best soups, salads, and sandwiches! The strawberry harvest salad is one of my favorites. With Strawberry vinaigrette dressing!
