Water supply to toilet very slow. No shower gel or soap in bathroom. Wifi signal problem. The website photos are enhanced. The lodge is very rustic. Transportation was on time.

The location is perfect, surrounded by bea... read more This is a wonderful place to start or end your journey in Uganda. The accommodations are lovely, including the tents. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful woods, yet not too far from the town center. The amenities are excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the massage service. We chose to stay here on our first night in Uganda to avoid traveling after dark. If you arrive before sunset, I highly recommend visiting the artisan market and the mall, which are about a 20-25 minute walk away. The only downside we experienced was the muddy area right before the stairs to our room, near the reception. While the rest of the hotel has better pathways, it was frustrating to get mud on our shoes just before reaching our room. Overall, though, I highly recommend this place!
