Howe... read more The drive-thru experience can be quite frustrating, similar to many Taco Bells, as it can feel like you're trapped until you pay for and receive your food. However, the quality of the food is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Just be prepared for it to get pretty busy at times!

The drive thru took too long almost drove away, the beacon was careless and I could say so that I repeated my specific order and she still got it wrong I had to... read more The drive thru took too long almost drove away, the beacon was careless and I could say so that I repeated my specific order and she still got it wrong I had to drive bc, the wrong order was also cold! the staff in this night was not customers who pierce them and eat them bad, but I didn't have it. When I came back into the order window, I explained everything and she stretched out on me! At some point she told me to drive inside and said I had what I ordered, but I didn't have it that we got into a argument until a manager got in and made everything right while the whole staff came back to the office. I like arby’s and I often eat late, but I won’t be back to this place. 2 stars bc des managers.

She looked down at... read more I accidentally gave the cashier an extra $20 wrapped up with my money to pay for my meal and it fell on the floor on her side of the counter. She looked down at it and then when I asked her about it, she said no she didn't see anything and that all I had given her was enough to pay for my meal. Ugh!

The staff that night wasn't servingcustomers they were pushing them through and throwing bad food at them but I wasn't having it. When I got back to the orderwindow I explained everything and she TRIED TO WAIT ME OUT!!! Eventually she told me to drive thru and then said I got what Iordered but I wasn't having it we got into an argument until a manager intervened and made everything right while the whole ofthe staff retreated into the office. I like Arby's and I often eat late but I WILL NOT be returning to this location. 2 stars bcof the manager.

The food is fre... read more Just left from here and the customer service is great. I haven't ate at Arby's in like 10yrs and they were open tonight so I just gave it a try. The food is fresh, the two black women working tonight was absolute sweet and amazing. I will be coming backto this location!
