You find tons of varieties of Guisados which are either steamed or fried toppings for your Huaraches or Tacos, some varieties are Mole, Pork in Green Sauce, Rajas (Chili strips on cream cheese), and...at least 5 more others that are always there. I highly recommend the Huarache which I most of times order.
