On the other hand, Corazon de Tierra in Valle de Guadalupe fell short of expectations, with poorly cooked dishes, strange pairings, and slow service leading to a disappointing Thanksgiving dinner. Despite its previous stellar reputation, recent experiences suggest that the restaurant may need some urgent adjustments. In contrast, the unnamed restaurant offering a tasting menu for $75 in a beautiful wine valley impressed diners with its accommodating chef and exceptional value, even if the food fell slightly short of perfection. Overall, these reviews highlight the importance of consistent quality and attentive service in maintaining a restaurant's reputation.

Del Frisco's is my new favorite in Brentwood. My favorite is the steakhouse salad which is perfect every time. The waiter and manager seem very attentive.
I booked an early dinner and wanted to try this place out for a while. After reading some of the reviews I was a little reluctant, but we were seated immediately. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties made to order, they brought fries instead of the candy but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were yummy. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two large strips of bacon. Overall, the food, the service and the ambience of the restaurant were somewhere between fair and good. Could give them another shot but wouldn't rush back.
Great food. Great staff. The experience was fantastic and so was the good.
