The food is absolutely great! Even though it was 9 courses, it was more like 11 with some snacks before. I loved the lobster dish, and the wine pairing was really good. It would have been an amazing experience, but unfortunately, it wasn't under the tree due to the season, and the place was very cold even with the fireplace on. I felt they could have put more attention to the decor, but the main complaint really was the size of the dishes. Especially one of the mains was just one thin slice of duck. There was sauce left over, which I would have loved to dip into at least a second or third piece. I left the place kinda hungry, and considering that they dou led the prices since the last time I went, I felt it basically overpriced. It's probably one of the best places one can go in Valle, but I feel they got a little ahead of themselves.

We heard so much praise about this place and unfortunately we were quite disappointed. We had the tasting menu (with wine pairing), where all of the dishes were well cooked, but they were just missing something to make them relevant. It is as if the chef is staying in the comfort zone and just using gadgets (such as Japanese kakigori or liquid nitrogen) to put on a show. The only highlight was the very helpful staff who provided a great service. This restaurant was by far the most expensive one in our visit in Valle de Guadalupe and I can honestly say that you can skip it. They also charged us for bottled water, which they never clarified it would be an added charge, a very sneaky tourist trap trick.
