The Lounge at the Powerscourt Arms is a destination frequented by locals and guests staying at the hotel. The food is excellent. What george c doesn't like about Lounge:
Forget going since I could not say anything good. The decor was in need of a major work over. The staff was not attentive and the food was not worth it. There are other restaurants in town so why waste you time here. View all feedback.
I had an amazing experience at this charming pub when I met my relatives for the first time. We connected through a genealogy website and had a few drinks together, making it a wonderful experience.
This restaurant is a hidden gem with a long-standing tradition and incredibly friendly staff. The drinks they offer are outstanding and unique, not easily found elsewhere.
The pub is amazing, with a cozy function room that is ideal for hosting your special occasions.
Situated within the hotel, this pub was spacious, welcoming, and provided excellent service. We made it a point to dine at the pub every evening as there were so many tempting dishes on the menu that we wanted to try!
I can't recall the specific dishes we tried, but the staff was incredibly friendly and we had a great experience with our meal and drinks. We had initially intended to come back for lunch the following day, but unfortunately, we ran out of time. Although it may not be the most convenient spot for a double buggy, I would definitely return again. It's a superior choice compared to dining at the Powerscourt hotel.
