Contribute FeedbackSika restaurant, located in the beautiful surroundings of Powerscourt Garden, offers a mix of experiences according to customer reviews. The view is stunning, but the food quality and design are perceived as average and not up to par with a 5-star hotel restaurant. Some found the food to be overpriced for lunch and service to be slow. However, others raved about the delicious food, such as the Game Pie and vegan options. The cozy interior and friendly staff also received high praise. The beer battered cod fish and thick chips stood out as a must-try dish. The overall dining experience at Sika seems to vary depending on individual preferences and expectations.
Our experience was very good. We were a party of five. Three of us had beef, one chicken and one fish. All were extremely satisfied. Our waitress was excellent. The ambiance was so good here in this beautiful restaurant. The desserts were very good as well. Bananas souffles for four, custard tart for one. Thank you all
Lovely location and the food was very nice. Staff were friendly but we were left waiting a few times to clear plates, take orders etc. Given the number of diners I felt a couple of more staff would have helped.
Every dish was cold, we sent some back and they were slightly warmer. Staff did not seem to care but continually asked “how was your meal?” Doing nothing with the feedback. So expensive for tiny portions
Amazing experience from start to finish. Professional but friendly service and absolutely great food
Traditional restaurant with linen pleasant calm atmosphere. Efficient service, pleasant helpful staff and tasty food attractively presented. Quite pricey (but this is in a luxury hotel), but a lovely experience for a treat,
