Whataburger - Ennis

The service at this whataburger is absolutely horrible. It took at least 2 minutes till the kids behind the counter stopped chatting and playing on their phones and I was able to place an order. It took another 20 minutes to get my food and to top itoff the fries were soggy. It's so expensive now anyway that for $1 or $2 more you can just go to a sit down restaurant andyou'll probably get your food sooner. I've been to other whataburgers and used to love it back in the day, but I'm never goinginto this one again.

It's a Whataburger. We had a quick breakfast. The food and service was okay.

The burger was tasty as always, and the onion rings were also delicious. However, it was disappointing that they were out of ketchup in the restaurant. It was ironic to see the tray liner boasting about never running out of ketchup while there was actually none available.

I stopped by this restaurant on Thursday night at 7:30 pm for a quick dinner on my way to Houston. Despite being busy, they were efficient in seating the four people ahead of me in the dining room. The Honey BBQ Chicken Strip meal I ordered was cooked perfectly and served hot and fresh. Great job WB! I will definitely be visiting here more often, as I appreciate a dependable restaurant that prioritizes customer experience.

As I wait for my order, I observe employees wearing gloves and handling various items such as trash and equipment, touching walls, and then returning to the food without changing their gloves. I hope that this is not the usual practice for this restaurant.
