I had lunch here at the weekend. It was very nice. service was excellent and the food was very good. Parking is very convenient for anyone visiting Ennis.
The breakfast set up is very bad. The first morning we came down at 7.30 as we had a trip planned but were kept waiting over 30mins for food to arrive, the buffet was stripped no fresh fruit and no yoghurt, when I asked for some they said that's all they had left that the bus tours had cleared them out..at 7.30! When our food arrived the waiter who was very polite told us sorry about delay the tours are our bread butter..each day the menu list for the buffet was not available and the staff would say sorry the tours cleared us out..I've never stayed in a hotel and been told that the paying guest weren't as important as the tours that come in for one meal..very rude attitude towards the people who have paid alot to stay over night. Those comments really soured my experience of the hotel
The drink for dinner should be brought. Where to make holiday. And if you don't have a staff you have to plan differently. I can't.

Amman was such a lovely staff member went above and beyond couldn’t be happier with his service! Thank you to him! He helped us get a taxi and everything
