Just ate in the bar with family including one very irate 18 month old. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and understanding. Food was excellent. Will definitely be back

Wonderful stay in the Old Ground for a family get together at the weekend. Such a warm welcoming Hotel, it has many memories over the years for our family. It has the very best location … right in the centre of Ennis so really handy for exploring the town or shopping nearby. We love the extremely cosy seating areas and the residents lounge with its squashy comfy sofas and fires always lighting . Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious and elegantly decorated with a fabulously comfy bed . Town Hall restaurant was excellent as usual. Delicious food with a very varied menu. Natalia was wonderfully attentive and patient with our large family group so a huge thank you to her. We loved our stay.
Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly service. In the city center but quiet and peaceful. Very good food, nice pub. Live music.
