They even charged us for a risotto plate they took back and offered to replace themselves as they decided it was edible. The lady simply put her finger in the food and tasted it and wanted us to eat the food afterwards. A risotto made with parboiled rice. Unbelievable. The fried calamari were extremely chewy and a capricciosa with peas. A pasta plate we ordered did not come as they forgot to order it and when we told them, they informed that the kitchen had closed and chef had left. Very amateurish and unprofessional. The sweet was frozen and it was not an icecream. Not recommended and very expensive. Beware.

The service was excellent, the food ver... read more We visited the restaurant with a group of colleagues after organizing a race at the circuit Enna-Pergusa just next door. The service was excellent, the food very tasty. We had a mix of Antipasti, then a main for everyone. All was delivered fast and tasted very good. Recommend this place to anyone having an event at the Autodromo Pergusa
