You book, arrive promptly at 1:15 PM, and wait two hours to start eating, while all the other customers who arrived later had already finished. Then that inconvenience when they have to insist on ordering so many appetizers. A high chair requested at the time of booking and upon arrival, never arrived. Pasta with wild boar ragù served lukewarm, on a fake porcelain plate, which was actually made of plastic and completely ruined. The classic house wine was undrinkable. There's a significant lack of empathy and even a basic understanding of customer service. What a shame...
One of those timeless places. There's a tradition that's been passed down through generations. It offers a wide selection of meats, excellent pizzas, and excellent pasta dishes.
Beyond the quality of the food, which is crucial when dining out, I believe the way you are served is equally important. The service experience at this place, unfortunately, is terrible in every way. The waiters, and even the owner, welcome customers by (literally) imposing their appetizers, almost as if they were obligated to order what they choose. Wait until people have time to sit down and browse the menu, and above all, let them choose what they want. If you could improve this aspect, that would be great. As for the pizzas, the quality of the ingredients is good, but the prices are decidedly exorbitant. I notice other reviews complaining about the same thing, so it would be wise to take what customers say into consideration in order to improve your service and, consequently, the hospitality people receive.
