Then that inconvenience when they have to insist on ordering so many appetizers. A high chair requested at the time of booking and upon arrival, never arrived. Pasta with wild boar ragù served lukewarm, on a fake porcelain plate, which was actually made of plastic and completely ruined. The classic house wine was undrinkable. There's a significant lack of empathy and even a basic understanding of customer service. What a shame...
