Ihop - Enid

I visited IHOP last night and I must say, my server Joshua was fantastic! It’s been a while since I experienced such excellent service. He even ran after my truck to return the glasses I had forgotten. It's surprising that he isn't a manager because he clearly handles things well. The actual manager is a nice guy, but he seemed a bit out of the loop. Meanwhile, the other female server on the overnight shift was outside smoking while Joshua managed six tables by himself. Kudos to Joshua—he definitely earned a regular customer in me! And thank you for taking the time to clean up the spilled milkshake my daughter accidentally made. You’re doing a great job!

Usually his pretty decent. The last visit is great. Great waitress, food was the usual. However, the time before, the waiter seemed a bit out of the way; best I can put it. Kept things forgot, refills, syrup, etc. Actually, the hot sauce brought to the table and went away with it. When we asked for another ham, he stood there with an empty look at his face and asked who it is. Is it important who?

The food was delicious and served warm. The amount of butter and syrup was just right. The Colorado omelet was flavorful and satisfying. Thank you!

The restaurant didn't have French toast available, but they delivered items anyway. I had to make a call, and then it became my issue. My husband's food was not tasty at all. We were also given no silverware and were told they were out of straws. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10.

I ordered the Cinnasnack pancakes but ended up with plain ones, and my Spicy Poblano Omelette hardly had any filling. It’s $18 for an omelette—seriously?
