One of my favorite Dunkin! The staff is ALWAYS friendly when I go thru. The inside is the cleanest I have ever seen. And it is nice to actually feel like I am not a bother to them when ordering ahead and picking up vs other Dunkins I visit in my travels. View all feedback.

My Boston cream had no cream nor did my replacement. The replacement different donut seemed really doughy, not light and fluffy. Felt like the baker was stoned. The device was very good View all feedback.
Have went multiple times and a problem every time. They mess up my order every single time, from pouring the wrong milk, not making it decaf, making the whole drink only milk!! and filling up only half the cup, Starbucks may be more expensive but at least I get what I want.
Awful service. From someone who works in retail, let me tell you, this has been one of the saddest and most stupid experiences. Most of them are kids!The Drive thru was empty when I got there. A young lady took my order (she was friendly and polite), by the time I was in the window the coffee was ready, the young man at the window took my payment (again nice and friendly) and handed me the coffee but the food wasn’t ready so he told me to wait. Almost 10 minutes passed and there was a line of 6 cars behind, another young men came to the window and was going to hand me someone else’s food order, he said “two xxx wraps” and I said “I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches“, he gave me look annoyed by the fact there was a mistake and walked away, he was clearly upset and just threw the bag in the counter. Another 3-4 minutes and I asked the guy taking the payments “do you want me to pull over the front?” , he said no, just wait, 2 minutes an the guy from the food came again with my order, I took it and thanked him. Maybe 10 minutes after that I told my husband, “why don’t you start eating ? “, and to our surprise, both of the sandwiches were COMPLETELY BURNT . Nothing else to say, we were too far to come back so we reached out to CS.I can’t believe someone is so careless to give someone something like this, for no reason. if you make a mistake just tell the customer and take your time to do things right. I wasn’t in a hurry and I know that fast service is stressful but i paid $20 for that .. it is very disappointing and honestly I hate wasting my time doing things like this, filling surveys and reach out to corporate to get my money back. I don’t live in the area and I’m happy not to get food from there ever again. Simply Stupid.
Fast service but my coffee always tastes somewhat burnt. Not sure what that’s about
I think it was just that the kid on the drive thru was brand new. He was a bit overwhelmed.
Guy behind the counter was super nice and efficent. Makes a difference.
