Last Saturday, April 1st, I visited this charming country pub, and I'm glad I made the decision to go there instead of staying in the city. It turned out to be an excellent hidden gem! We found this place wrong and what a nice little pub. eating was excellent, the steak was done exactly as we asked.
Great pub. Always has fantastic beer and ales get yourself down.
Thought I would try the Sunday lunch after seeing it advertised and driving past the sign numerous times. I am so pleased I tried it as it was fabulous, lovely pub, friendly staff and gorgeous food

What a fabulous night.great floor singers who entertained us with their talent and humour. Then we were delighted to host the fantastic Catherine Craig and Brian Willoughby...who thrilled us all by their brilliance of voice, guitar playing and wonderful songs...so warm and thought provoking.
