However, there was some difficulty in communication since the young lady calling out the order numbers had limited proficiency in English. When I asked about napkins, she didn't quite understand my request, but I'm confident her language skills will improve over time. Overall, it was a good KFC experience, and we decided to visit Cardiff Gate after reading the reviews here.
