The milk tea is good, but the waiting time is unacceptable and the staff seems to be slacking. When I ordered today, I was warned that it might take twenty minutes to prepare my milk tea. This sounded very long for a single drink, but I was fine with it. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything for one hour.
