The milk tea is good, but the waiting time is unacceptable and the staff seems to be slacking. When I ordered today, I was warned that it might take twenty minutes to prepare my milk tea. This sounded very long for a single drink, but I was fine with it. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything for one hour. The Taro Tea and Brown Sugar Milk Tea at Chatime are incredibly delicious. The service is excellent, and you really can't complain. Chatime also offers indoor seating, which is perfect for the upcoming winter season.
During a shopping trip to Nottingham, we decided to stop at this restaurant for a drink and we were very impressed! They offer a wide selection of drinks and have a charming seating area and wall of post-it notes inside. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The restaurant offers excellent service and serves delicious milk tea. The Brown Rice Green Milk Tea is especially tasty and the Lychee Green Tea is also enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
I'm a regular customer, 10/10 tea but there's just not enough! I have a pretty small appetite whereby I'll usually order modest portions but myself and my friends agree that there needs to be a larger drink size option. I'm sure this strategy would cost little to implement and offer sweet margins in return ;
Obi i loved the drink, bubble tea is awesome!! But this review is actually about their service. The girls that work there were SO SO SO LOVELY, so helpful (as i was so indecisive and just very nice in general. this was my first time in Nottingham (I'm from London so I've left with a great impression of the people of Nottingham! This is the kind of attitude/personality a sales assistant should have hats off to you guys! I hope this message reaches the girls that work there I'm sure they'd know who wrote it haha
