There were 8 of us.... read more Hello, either we picked the completely wrong day, which I can't imagine at all. First of all, we waited a whopping 1.5 hours for our order. There were 8 of us. The food was an absolute catastrophe. Apart from the fact that absolutely nothing was homemade or fresh, we got frozen food that wasn't cooked through. I had liver with salad. In other words, chopped liver with a ready-made sauce on iceberg lettuce with a piece of onion and half a slice of tomato, nothing more. My companions had meat with fries or potato slices that weren't fried through and partly raw. The meat came out of a frozen package and looked like ready-made food, which it definitely was. Cooked meat is better, not gyros, no flavors, no love for the food. Eating should be fun but it had nothing, absolutely nothing to do with Greek food. I don't go to a restaurant for that, and the same goes for the drinks; my Coke was completely stale. I tried my friends' too. We pointed this out to the staff. The excuse was that it was busy, but it definitely wasn't busy. Going to the toilet was also an experience: the seat was loose and there was feces on the lid. The toilet smelled very strongly of a train station toilet from the 80s. In terms of general cleanliness, I have to say that all the pepper and salt shaker holders were dirty. I'm not particularly fussy and can handle a lot, but this is simply not okay. The same thing happened when paying; I went to the counter and pointed out that we wanted to pay. It took an extremely long time again. Sorry, dear Lamm team, it is not my intention to denounce anyone. But the fact is, I go out and want to have a fun experience, and that was absolutely not the case here. We won't be back. Food belongs under Grill to Go and not under Greek cuisine. This deserves respect, which is not the case here.
