It... read more We took the train to Engelberg then a shuttle to the beginning of the cable car station. We got a 50% discount on our tickets when we showed our Swiss Pass. It showed between 3-4degrees celcius on the monitors up there. We carried extra layers, gloves and caps to wear before the last revolving gondola. The climb was awesome as we went higher and higher the view was soooo beautiful of small Engelberg. We loved the final rotating gondola ride it was lovely seeing the snow clad mountains as we approached the final point at Titlis. We halted for lunch before the final gondola ascent and saw the amazing activities setup on rope for kids. A must visit in Swiss...the shuttle was not available on the return to the station. We had to walk finally run and made it last second as the train is scheduled every hour so time yourself carefully.
