The batter was enormous but the cod was tiny by comparison fo... read more First time I bought from here it was satisfactory, however, tonight's was extremely disappointing. The batter was enormous but the cod was tiny by comparison for both portions. Initially asked for gluten free regular cod a normal large cod but however many times I repeated myself both staff didn't have a clue. I said it states on the website that it's available but was told it's the manager who does the website.

Today I needed to place an order for myself so went onto uber eats rather than going in. Something I wanted wasn 't on the menu so I called up to check if I could order something else in its place. The lady was quite rude but said there was a language barrier so to come in and she would sort it. I then inconveniently drove to the shop and was greeted by such arrogance, the lady has no regard for customer service. The food is good, but honestly she was so rude she said 'I don 't care that you come here all the time ' and with then waved me good bye. Someone else should man the store. 2 stars given as the food is always good

The customer se... read more This was our first time trying MyChippy and we will definitely be returning in the future. The fish was fresh and delicious, with crunchy chips. The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. They also offer kids portions, so there is no food wastage. We highly recommend this restaurant.

However, the... read more This restaurant serves freshly cooked fish with a light batter and crisp chips, resulting in a delicious meal. The curry sauce was also enjoyable. However, the ordering process was quite haphazard, causing us to wait longer and our order to be confused by the staff. Despite this, I would still be happy to eat their food again. It's a shame that some staff members didn't live up to the quality of the food.
