Mcdonald's Restaurants - Enfield

19/11/2022 I have ordered food for £9.70. The cashier run out of paper in the printer, so I have been asked to go to a different pay point, which I did, and use a chip and pin to pay, which I did. A few days later I realized that I was charged £97.20. I went to my bank and they disputed the transaction. I received a temporary refund, however now I have been informed that McDonalds has responded to the bank: due to the fact that I used a pin while paying, I have accepted the charges! Barclays refuses to help any further, advising me to contact Mcdonald's directly! I'm not sure why Mcdonalds' didn't do a proper investigation and check of CCTV to make sure I have received only 1 bag of products and based on this refund me my £87.50. My problem is that I'm struggling to find any email address where to send this disputed transaction and I live 140 miles from this McDonald's. I have tried to ring serval times but have had no luck. I was thinking that this is a matter of letting them know that they have made a mistake, but now I know it will be a longer trip than I expected... not sure that I will get my money back at all... this is very disappointing, not what I was expecting form such a company like McDonald! Did anybody has experienced a similar situation? How did you manage to resolve it? I start losing my hope now. Thank you in advance.

Though the UK government website said this place is on the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, they were not taking customers for sitting in, only did take aways and drive through when we visited on Wednesday. The outside seating area was cordoned off too. The food was hot and fresh though.

These people aren’t very good at food or service. I waited so long for my food I just drove off and left without it. On a positive note, I managed not to go in and start shouting.

I do apologise for the workers, but there must be no reviews for this chain, because should be not exist this kind of food service, anywhere on the planet.

Located on the A10 really close to M25 junction, good for a cheap stop off. Most recently visited for late night drive through. Food ok standard really, hot and quick service even after midnight on most menu items. Really awkward to turn into from opposite side of road though as it's an old pub building right on the traffic lights so this can be difficult at busy times.
