The staff member I spoke with asked me to send her a picture of the cake so we could discuss pricing. I quickly texted her the image but never received a reply. Two weeks passed with no response, so I called again to confirm if they had received the picture. The woman I spoke with assured me that they had received it and that the owner would be in shortly to return my call and discuss pricing. Unfortunately, the owner never called me back! I waited another week, tried calling several times, but no one answered. I left a message, but still no one got back to me. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Wise Market for their professionalism in returning calls and for delivering the cake as promised!

They not only looked unappealing, but they also tasted terrible. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've experienced such a poor quality.

The white cake was bland and slightly dry and there was very little filling between the layers. For the price, I would go to Wegman's where you would spend much less. We will not go back.

I set up the pick up a time to pick up the cake and when I called to verify I was told they would not be open so I had to leave work in order to get the cake. I will not be going back there in the future.

The cake decorator took very little artistic expression with the cake. I wasn 't asked what color I wanted the frosting to I assumed they would make the cake look good. Although they did add a few buttons to the white frosted caked with the Coraline photo printed on. The lettering for the cake was Shakey, lumped over and restarted multiple times. My daughter 's name was also down the side of the cake instead of with happy birthday . I felt the look of the cake was lacking and appeared amature considering the price we paid for the cake.
