The dining experience was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I will definitely return as it is not too pricey. I ordered the beef teriyaki, which was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious salad. The tempura was also outstanding. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Yamato:
This restaurant is disappointing. I understand that Covid has made it challenging for restaurants, but this specific Yamato has a sad and rundown interior. The carpet was worn and dirty, the men's restroom was unclean with graffiti and cardboard on the floor near the urinals. The Teriyaki chicken I had was just okay, and I didn't try the grill side so I can't comment on that. Overall, I don't think I will be coming b... View all feedback.

Note, the headlights in the main dining room flicker randomly, about all 5,60 seconds. That's pretty annoying. according to my waiter, the management does not see this as a problem and/or does not feel to repair it. eating is decent, although sushi tends, a bit stale. Nevertheless, it is quite average value for the price. the waiters are polite and friendly, but seem overworked.
"The ribeye steak looked overcooked and tasted like a New York strip. Everyone requested theirs to be cooked medium, but the meat was cut so slowly that the fish and ribeye were all well done by the time they were served. One diner even vowed to never return. At $40 a plate, customers would expect high quality meat and service, which unfortunately was not the case at this restaurant. Additionally, you have to have your entire party present before being seated, resulting in a long wait."
The food is amazing here and the service is some of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have a chance. And it's a great place to take the family too.
