They charge more for a single serving of cream cheese than they do for the bagel it goes on. Also ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel and it didn?t have any topping which is the best part. They charge way to much for way too little. View all feedback.

This is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for getting some work done while you're out in the field. I always appreciate having Panero available, and there are many other dishes that I enjoy as well.
I placed a delivery order on September 20, 2022, but unfortunately, nothing was correct with my order. I contacted the restaurant to inquire about possible compensation, but I didn't hear back until October 12. The manager, Nathan, finally reached out, and I appreciated the follow-up. However, after I responded to Nathan's email, I've had no communication for two weeks. When I call, I'm told he isn't available. All I want is a refund for the incorrect order I received.
Shayanne/Cheyenne helped me take care of a Doordash order that was ordered through the Panera Site/App and they were gracious enough to help refulfill the order after Doordash had not delivered it to me. Very happy, and will continue to order at thisPanera both in person and online.
If u order ahead and you receive a text saying your order is ready, it?s a lie. Twice i have come in and my order wasnt ready. Why did i get a text then? I used to work fast food and we would do tricks all the time to make it look like we were completingdrive thru orders the fastest, so your business looks like it is doing better than the other Paneras. I mean that is why i signup for text message alerts. At least give me something free if ur not processing my order properly. I dont like standing andwaiting, so that is why i order ahead. Manager wouldn?t give me my choice of freebie. Never going back, and that was a goodamount i would spend PER DAY! $35 bucks a day u aint ever getting again.
