What Sparky doesn't like about Davenport's:
Ordered the Prime Filet Mingnon. Was the size of a Petite, and for $61.00 a poor value. Good cut, but...We come here often, and I understand that business right now is tough, still...Noise level was much higher than normal. Had to move due to a large unruly party at the next table.Other than this, very enjoyable evening. Service was great. View all feedback.
Absolutely deserving of a 5-star review! The atmosphere was lovely, the service was both friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. My Chilean sea bass was exceptional, and the salads were fresh and full of flavor. We will definitely return soon!
I visited this restaurant for the first time with my family to celebrate a birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed all the appetizers we ordered, and everyone was pleased with their entrees as well. The banana cream pie and ice cream sundae made for fantastic desserts, too.
This restaurant is a true gem for enjoying delicious food. The service is outstanding, and the portion sizes are just right! The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between relaxed and sophisticated. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience! You definitely need to check it out!
I cannot say enough amazing things about this restaurant!!! The food was incredible!!! The wine selection was also equally as amazing. We had a few apps, oysters, a bottle of Cabernet, along with the Ribeye and filet. The steaks were immaculate. Incredibly buttery and melted in our mouths. We did not get the chance to have dessert, but we will most definitely be back!
Took my mother here for Mother's Day. Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the quality of the food is substandard. Low quality meat. Giant indigestible asparagus. I was just not impressed. Where is the chef and management before the food goes to the table? In the restaurant business you are only as good as your last meal. One last thing, plates were dirty (hard to see in the low lighting).
