Was User at Skewers Grill a mag?
Don't judge a book by its cover. The customer service was outstanding and the food was even better! The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and a fantastic chef! View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Skewers Grill:
I've ever eaten the worst. I had expected Persian eating. that's not it. it tastes as if it is cooked in cocos oil. no saffron, no butter. basmati was not easy as usual. strange, inexplicable taste profile. cost $57 for 4 people. I usually pay less. balboa, pfirsich and panini are all better. I couldn't eat it. I found it infallible. I should have asked my other Persian friends first. View all feedback.

As a 5th generation San Diegan who knows her way around the restaurants in this town, you can believe me when I say this mecca of deliciousness is without debate my favorite eatery in the entire county. The owner is so sweet and always remembers me when I come in. She even let me sample the holy grail of off menu items the crispy herbed rice ring that forms on the the bottom of the pan. It was like Mediterranean crack. This food is made from the heart with fresh ingredients and large proportions. The filet kabob is my go to but I would eat anything and everything this woman cooked for me.
