I decided to check it out after hearing great things about their offerings, and it did not disappoint. **THE FOOD:** I ordered the Twisted Reuben sandwich, which featured pastrami that was surprisingly not greasy at all. I also tried the cranberry goat cheese salad, which came with wonderfully thinly sliced pears and candied walnuts. Everything was so fresh and flavorful that I didn't even need any dressing! It was incredibly good, and I found myself wanting to try everything on the menu. **THE DRINKS:** To complement my meal, I had the hot ginger bone broth, which was perfect. I also tried a cold drink made with chocolate and cinnamon (the name escapes me), but it was packed with healthy ingredients and tasted fantastic. I'm definitely a fan! **THE LOCATION:** The restaurant is located in a small, unassuming plaza that features some random shops, including a pool supply store, right next to a home boutique. **OVERALL:** This place is absolutely worth a visit if you enjoy healthy food that is good for your body without sacrificing taste! They use fresh local produce, and everything on their menu is tasty. The service is incredibly friendly as well. I highly recommend it if you want to steer clear of fast food and support locally owned businesses!

The breakfast, sandwiches, bowls, frozen take homes, cafe drinks, etc. is all well executed to perfection! They also have a jar of sea moss you can buy that has great health benefits. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Ask Jonathan anything because he’s very knowledgeable and amazing at his job! Just beware because you will get hooked and never leave without a pastry or dessert from the checkout counter!
