Gross picked up my açaí bowl and it looked like this. This is what it looked like right when it was made by the manager Jacelyn who then argued with me when I asked for her to remake it.

They continue to intentionally mess up orders. They include items that people have allergies to without a care in the world. Reporting them to all of the agencies is the next step. This is unbelievable.

Quality and service is 10 out of 10, but I witnessed the owner be super rude to her employees. Asking her staff to make (and remake) her “the perfect smoothie” (in a comically disrespectful way) while the staff was visibly stressed during a busy period. Only reason I knew who she was was bc of all the press she gets. Maybe don’t dress down employees when customers are in earshot or better yet, don’t dress them down at all.

The service was friendly, and the juice was fresh. However, I found it a bit pricey—$12 for a 16 oz drink seems excessive. To really feel refreshed, I'd need two drinks, which would add up to $24 before tips.
