We ordered fresh spring rolls, the Tom Yum soup, and Panang curry. Everything was super tasty, the staff was friendly, and the food was ready quickly. Highly recommend if you are in the Encinitas area.

I had heard that there were several vegetarian Thai restaurants in San Diego, so I was eager to try them all. Plumeria is now my favorite. Their unique and distinctive Thai dishes make it an exciting experience, and their standard dishes are exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the spicy noodles, the broccoli stir-fry, and a dish with bean sprouts and mushrooms. Plumeria is definitely a must-visit place.
