After ordering, told 5 minute delay - no worries, BUT was then told there was a further delay because they had used the chicken I had paid for to serve the drive through. The staff are by far too inexperienced including the manager on that day, public holiday. View all feedback.

Called into KFC to get a quick lunch meal, I had already decided we would get the $5 meal box (chicken strips, fries, potato mash and gravy with a 250ml drink), I would think this was a pretty popular lunch time meal. We were told it would be at least a 10 minute wait, so we got something else. My wife had the 3 piece box and I tried the new Kentucky Pulled Pork burger meal. The good thing with the food was that it was nice and hot, unfortunately the pulled pork burger was not very nice, besides being smallish, the texture was not like pulled pork, it seemed to have the consistency of canned tuna, it definately didn't look like the picture on the menu board. For me, I wasn't that keen on the sauce with it either. My wife's meal was fine and other than the pork burger, so was mine......but the burger is supposed to be the main attraction of the meal, and this is where it fell down. I wish I had waited the 10 minutes or so for the $5 box, which is good value.
Not once in my life have I ever complained to a company, especially when it comes to fast food.
Disgusting service zara by kfc wmu plains! today afternoon I made more than 100 deliveries with doorstep and in this time I did not try to reject the order. but come to emu flaten kfc and talk to zara first out...rude from beginning (foreseen, I wasn't there,) big start. next they try to refuse my order because I'm not the driver, so what should I do? I have provided all the information customers names, articles on order and the confirmation on the app. - I don't want to. I asked to speak to the manager, again rejects the order. So I speak with a doorstep that tells me that they don't want it to have this experience customer service like this, so they cancel the order and me and the customers who pay. They also said they will be in contact with the company. I then recommended one of the employees I know next that zara shows me that I ha ha ha ha .... I didn't know I was at a high school and not at a business/workplace. Anyway, I'll call zara 's name and leave the space of this business, the training there has to get personal or simply new employees. I have made the delivery for years for many places and have never experienced it, not only that they take care of me, but the poor customer who missed this evening.
