Ichiban Asian Fusion Bistro - Emporia

We came with 2 adults and 3 children. Our server Jin was AMAZING and so attentive! Our food was so delicious. This photo was my order of steak and shrimp with fried rice, it was so good. We ordered calamari, gyoza and crab Rangoon as appetizers. They allwhere great as well and very flavorful. Ordered a few boba teas and they where a hit! One of the kids ordered their rainbowsushi plate and loved all of it. We took a few boxes of what remained home to eat. Not one complaint here and outstandingservice.

Food was fantastic. The waitress was polite and checked on us often. We ordered our food and in about 7 to 10 min we were eating. The food was light, flavorful, hot, and fresh. I will definitely go again

Initial Review: The sushi is good, and our previous server, Sam, was fantastic!

The food here is fantastic, but my last two visits were marred by terrible service. On my most recent visit, we were the first ones through the door when it opened, yet we ended up being the last to receive our meals after waiting over an hour. The so-called "manager" didn't demonstrate any true managerial qualities and made excuses for the waiter, who we had encountered before and was just as awful this time. The waiter forgot to place our order and absurdly blamed the kitchen staff. We spent an hour and a half there while he never refilled our drinks, and we had to constantly remind him to bring out our salads and soups. I might sound like a "Karen," but it's the truth. The manager was quite unpleasant and offered us a mere 15% discount when, considering the level of service we experienced, he should have comped our entire meal. We had to seek out both the manager and the waiter for any sort of attention, and we certainly deserved better.

This is a nice spot to enjoy hibachi or sushi. I highly recommend the sushi, as they offer a wonderful variety. The steak and chicken hibachi was okay, but it was a bit too salty. I suggest opting for the steak instead of the chicken, as the cuts and flavor are superior.
