My daughter sta... read more We had a nice dinner here. We booked for 20.00 hours and only a few tables were taken. We started with a nice Verdicchio white wine €22 bottle). My daughter started with a nice assortment of local cheeses and I a very good aubergine sformatino. Our pastas as main course were fine as well. Attentive, friendly service. The bill of €90 was a bit stiff imo.

But we arr... read more I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a recommendation from our hotel which I usually find is not the best way to get a great meal. But we arrived into town late and hadn’t had time to book anything. It ended up being the best meal we had. The staff was amazingly helpful and nice, and the food was perfect. We had a bottle of wine, 2 pastas, and a Florentine steak. All of it was great. Try the pasta with fish roe.

Grappa, limoncello and more, this was by far the most fun we've had in Florence. Completely not knowing what to expect, we were taken into the back terrace after our meal to have drinks and tons of laughs with the staff. I can't stress enough how kind and hospitable the staff and of course, Mamma Giovanna was. I loved every minute of it. When we come back to Florence, this is one of the first places on the list to return to. Thank you Mamma and the rest of the staff for making our night extremely memorable and fun and treating us so well. We ended up making new friends and making great memories here. A real hidden gem this was an amazing local Florence experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5+ stars! Bellissima!! Grazie milione!

We celebrated our anniversary and they surprised us with a song and dessert at the end! Authentic Tuscan meal!

The food is amazing and the wait staff was super fun and made our dining experience incredible. It was so great that we cancelled our booking for a couple days later so that we could come back. What a great time! Looking forward to going back there as soon as we possibly can.
