Einfach SUPER!Zum Essen wählten wir das Tagesmenu mit Fleisch zum Preis von CHF 19.80 (inbegriffen Suppe, Salat oder Smoothie): Vorab eine Lauchcremesuppe würzig und fein. Dann Kalbgeschnetzeltes mit Champignos, Kartoffel-Peterlipüree und Blumenkohl mit Mandelbutter - ein Gedicht!Mein Mann wollte keinen Blumenkohl, aus Versehen wurde, obwohl es aufgeschrieben war mit gebracht. Kein Problem innert einer halben Minute kam der Teller ohne mit einer entschuldigung. Auch die Servicedame kam und entschuldigte sich, obwohl sie alles richtig geschrieben hatte. SUPER! Ins Gersag gehen wir wieder.

Therefore, the gersag also offers organic food for lunch. but in. the evenings the restaurant is dedicated to not animal products. I was very positiw surprised by the food. eating is not only good, but also beautifully presented. I ate the beet root garpacio and the book wheat chop meat bowl. boht were delicious and barely beat. there is also a lot of weeping (ecological or even vegan.) the Gersag building is not very cozy, but they decorated the restaurant well. I hope and wish for success for this highly ambitious team of this restaurant. and I will go back there again.
