I have never, ever been charged such a ridiculous amount for water and not to be warned disappointing.

The room was tidy, breakfast authentic, location is perfect for those who don’t want to overpay for Lucerne city stay the bus stop is literally around the corner and it only takes 10 15mins to the city center. We also loved the grill bar/restaurant inside the hotel!

I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Very familiar and I immediately felt at home. The rooms are small and very noisy. The mattress comfort is very pleasant. By the way, I can highly recommend the restaurant! The meal was excellent.
