I go to the one up on 29 right out of Emmaus and the people are great there and they remember what I get everyday why when I walk in the door they know who I am and they start getting my order ready unless I say something I want different. They have their s together at that Dunkin donuts

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The product and service were both awful. The employee, Zion or whatever his name is, was rude and unprofessional. He even threatened me, mentioning he is from Allentown, which he seemed to think was a scary place. After I firmly stood my ground and reminded him of the importance of customer service, he tried to apologize and offer me things. However, when I tried to call the restaurant to file a report, their phone number was incorrect or not working. This location is in desperate need of improvement.

Mohamed the manager is wonderful and the ladies are delightful. The bagels, donuts, and coffee can?t be beat. The customer service is courteous, cheerful, quick, and meticulous.
