They have their s together at that Dunkin donuts

The employee, Zion or whatever his name is, was rude and unprofessi... read more This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The product and service were both awful. The employee, Zion or whatever his name is, was rude and unprofessional. He even threatened me, mentioning he is from Allentown, which he seemed to think was a scary place. After I firmly stood my ground and reminded him of the importance of customer service, he tried to apologize and offer me things. However, when I tried to call the restaurant to file a report, their phone number was incorrect or not working. This location is in desperate need of improvement.
