It's rarely open, and when it is, it feels like they’re serving food that’s been sitting around since the last time they operated. I really hope this place closes down soon so a better franchise can take over. They really need to go out of business!

The employee at the register was rude during my order and still got it wrong! Next time, I'll skip this place entirely, regardless of what's on the menu.

The food isn't fresh and often arrives cold, and I believe the franchise owner should be encouraged to renovate and maintain the place better. The quality falls short compared to a typical greasy spoon diner. Although the staff are generally friendly, it seems they struggle with understaffing, making it hard to find cheerful employees. The lobby is small, and adding a drive-thru would be a great improvement. The snowy winter weather only makes these issues more apparent. I recommend keeping some energy bars and water in your car when you visit.
