We ordered 2 burrito Azteca, and nachos for our kids to split. The nachos came deconstructed which was perfect for our little ones. The burritos were delicious and more than enough to fill us up. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! I was served food that was cold in the center, and I waited 20 minutes before anyone came to check on me. By... read more Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! I was served food that was cold in the center, and I waited 20 minutes before anyone came to check on me. By the time someone finally arrived, my food was soggy, and my kids were almost done eating, so we had to leave. When I went to pay, they immediately began to argue with me about my complaint. I explained that my food was cold, and the woman insisted that it was actually hot, claiming it was impossible for her food to be cold! She even suggested that the issue was with the lettuce, not the meat. It felt like I was being accused of lying, and they charged me full price with no apologies or refunds offered, just a heated argument. I will never return! This was the worst service I've encountered in a long time— you'd get better treatment at a fast-food place like Tim Hortons!

The atmosp... read more I was searching for a place to eat when I stumbled upon this restaurant and thought it looked promising. I ended up dining there two nights in a row! The atmosphere felt truly authentic. The meals were delicious, and the flavors captured exactly what Latin food should taste like. The yuca fries were incredible. The Azteca Burrito was massive, keeping me satisfied before and after my sports activities. On my second visit, I tried the pupusas, and I really wish we had those in my hometown. It was also my first time trying churros served the right way. This place is a MUST if you’re in Embrun!
