By... read more Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! I was served food that was cold in the center, and I waited 20 minutes before anyone came to check on me. By the time someone finally arrived, my food was soggy, and my kids were almost done eating, so we had to leave. When I went to pay, they immediately began to argue with me about my complaint. I explained that my food was cold, and the woman insisted that it was actually hot, claiming it was impossible for her food to be cold! She even suggested that the issue was with the lettuce, not the meat. It felt like I was being accused of lying, and they charged me full price with no apologies or refunds offered, just a heated argument. I will never return! This was the worst service I've encountered in a long time— you'd get better treatment at a fast-food place like Tim Hortons!
